About the owner
Dana McCulloch has been in retail business from her very first job as a custom jeweler.  Her attention to detail after thirteen years working as a jeweler absolutely fits the shipping and packing business.  Dana’s focus of the business is on customer care and high quality packaging of shipments.  Her goal for every customer that comes to Send It Now! is for them to feel like they are working with a good friend who is trustworthy and responsible. Many of the customers at Send It Now! are on a first name basis with Dana and her staff. One of Dana’s favorite part of being a small business owner in Madison, Wi is that she has the opportunity to connect with her customers. Because Send It Now! is not a large franchise with lots of bureaucracy we can do things the big shops cant. All of the business decisions are made right here in Madison, WI and we understand the needs of this community. Something that brings us joy at Send It Now! is to have a customer come in nervous about whether an item can be shipped and we can reassure the person their package will get there on time and safely.
